I am aware of the purpose of collecting and processing the personal data I provided on the Xtram website.

I have been informed who is responsible for the data, how to contact them, and my rights to review, correct, or delete the data.

I confirm that the information I provided is correct and accurate.

I am aware that I may request to review, correct, or delete my data at any time, in accordance with the law.

I undertake to use strong passwords and change them periodically (at least once every 90 days).

I acknowledge that responsibility for safeguarding my personal passwords and account permissions lies solely with me.

In case of failure to comply with these instructions – I bear full personal responsibility for any damage, unauthorized use, or data leak.

I hereby waive any claim or demand against Xtram regarding security incidents caused due to my failure to safeguard passwords or access permissions.

Personal data will be used solely for the purposes communicated to the Data Owner.

Data will be secured with appropriate measures in accordance with the law.

Data will not be transferred to third parties without authorization or explicit legal instruction.

The company will appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) available for any inquiries.
